Supporting Menstrual Education and Hygiene to Girls in Kenya

It’s almost June — my birthday month!
Every year, I usually celebrate in style, surrounded by friends from different places. But this year, I’m doing something different.This year, I’m turning my birthday into a mission.
We’re launching a fundraiser to support menstrual education and provide pads to girls in Kenya.

Why? Because I have a story.
A story that once brought me to tears when I remembered it.

As a teenage girl, I once couldn’t afford even a dollar—or a quarter—to buy pads. My parents were poor, and it was a luxury they simply couldn’t provide.
I ended up recycling used pads, which sometimes caused painful itching. Other times, I resorted to using cotton.

Today, my story has changed. And now, I want to change the story for others.
This July, I hope to reach over 2,000 girls from low-income families and bless them with pads and menstrual education.
