Who we are
Hope Leadership Trust is dedicated to empowering and supporting young minority youths in the United States of America and expanding mentorship services across the globe. Founded in 2023, Hope Leadership Trust is a 501(c)(3) public charity led by President Faith Syengo and its dedicated board members. Our mission is to build a generation of transformative young leaders excelling in education, proffessional careers and entrepreneurship promoting innovation excellence.
Minority youth and women face challenges in education, mentorship, financial empowerment, cultural degradation, and racism, among other issues.
Hope Leadership Trust is a solution provider, bridging these disparities among nations, racial, and ethnic communities.
Our dedicated partners continue to play a crucial role in our ability to positively impact the world through our ongoing projects and operations.
