Faith Syengo is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope Leadership Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering minority youth, women through education, montorship, community healing fostering resilience, wellness and equitable acess to healthcare. She is passionate about fostering leadership and creating opportunities for marginalized communities. She has experience in institutional, political and healthcare leadership. She has experienced startup failures and successes and believes life’s greatest lessons come from willingness to fail.
Faith has a Bachelors in Applied Science, radiologic technology from PIMA Medical Institute, Arizona, USA. Bachelors in supply chain management from Zetech University, Kenya. Through Hope Leadership Trust her vision is to create a world of empowerment, and opportunity for all.

Has Master of Science in Responsible Tourism from University of Leeds-Beckett, United Kingdom. Master in Business Administration, Strategic Mgt from Moi University, Nairobi, Kenya Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing & Amp; International Relations from Maastricht School of Management, University of Maastricht, The Netherlands.Has as served as former CEO & National coordinator for Kenya National Convention Bureau, Nairobi. Served as former Acting Chief Executive Officer at Kenya Tourism Board. She runs Globify Solutions LLC a leading tourism company in
United States. Associates in Applied Science.
Has over 10 years of experience in Project Management, Television, Radio,Print, Events, Music, Artist Management, Marketing, Socialn Media and Public Relations.Served at former Coca Cola Studio as Head of Talent & Music Management. Served as the Broadcast Creative Manager of the entire Standard Group Media House in Nairobi, Kenya. Served as East African Representative for MTV Networks Viacom. Works for Langston Hughes Creative Arts Institute as the program coordinator in Washington State.
