Job Title: Art Therapist
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Art Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Certification from the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATR or ATR-BC).

Professional Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years working as an art therapist, preferably with single mothers, women, or trauma survivors.

  2. Experience designing and implementing art therapy programs for diverse populations.

Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches and their applications in art therapy.

  2. Excellent communication, empathy, and group facilitation skills.

  3. Familiarity with cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care.

Licensure:
  1. State licensure or eligibility CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
  1. Ability to provide virtual or in-person sessions.

  2. Flexible and adaptable to client needs and program goals.

Open Role: Mental Health Specialist

Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
Educational Requirements Requirements:
  • bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • State licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

 

Professional Experience:
  1. At least 2 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals or groups.

  2. Experience working with women, minorities, and underserved populations is highly preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Proficient in various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).

  2. Strong cultural competence and ability to work with diverse clients. 

Licensure:
  1. Active state licensure in mental health counseling.(Specialized certifications in trauma, women’s mental health, or parenting support are an advantage.)

Additional Requirement:
  1. Strong organizational and reporting skills to track client progress.

  2. Willingness to collaborate with the program team to create holistic solutions.
